Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Client Services Broker on our Active Trader Services team to support highly active traders with market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions.

You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and guidance to help clients make informed investment decisions, while identifying opportunities to connect them with trading tools and resources that fit their investing needs.

Qualifications

• Series 7 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
• Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
