Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 and Series 63 licenses; Series 4 is considered a plus.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
• Ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts clearly to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide Fidelity's active traders through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions.
