Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Client Services Brokerage professional to support active traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and related questions.

You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support that help clients make informed investment decisions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver an exceptional client experience.
