Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Indianapolis is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support active traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions.

You will educate clients, identify solutions, and build trusted relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced environment. This role requires FINRA licenses and on-site work alignment within the 90-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or related field.

The Role

As a member of Fidelity's Active Trader Services team, you will support some of Fidelity's most active and sophisticated traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions. You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support that help clients make informed investment decisions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will also identify opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investing needs.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Series 7 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
