Job summary

Amazing Athletes is seeking sports coaches in California to teach in community settings, promoting life skills through multiple sports. Earn an hourly rate with on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and incentive programs, helping kids grow in a supportive environment.

New coaches can work 5-25 classes per week, earning $25 per hour and up to $30 per hour, with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to get you started quickly and enjoy working with children.

Qualifications

• Complete a minimum of 12 semester units of coursework in early childhood education or child development (excluding field work).
• At least one course of at least three semester units in each of the following: ECE 100, ECE 200, ECE 400, ECE 600.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual attention to help every child succeed.
• Maintain a non-competitive, fun, stress-free class environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage child development and achievement.
• Be open to feedback, attend monthly/season trainings and follow the coaching manual and curriculum.

Education
