Job summary

Vascor-Ltd is seeking a dedicated team member for a 2nd shift at the TMMK plant in Georgetown, KY. The role focuses on day-to-day inventory control and interfacing with customers as part of the TMMK Production System, with a yard condition support component.

Responsibilities include auditing the North American Trailer Fleet, reporting anomalies, driver safety audits, placard application, and reporting for daily inventory balancing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, high school diploma, or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of transportation industry experience preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Auditing of North American Trailer Fleet.
• Reporting abnormal conditions to the customer service center.
• Driver safety audits.
• Applying placards to trailers.
• Create and update reports for daily balancing of TMMK inventory.
• Coordinate communications between TMMK and the customer service center.
• Back up for CKD Ops Coordinator when needed.
• Support CKD admin position when needed.
• Issuing problem reports to carriers based on audits.
