Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Active Directory Engineer / Administrator for a hybrid role in Coppell, TX (3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week). The position pays a bid/competitive rate of $40-55/hr on W2 or $50-65/hr on C2C/1099 and is an 11-month assignment with a strong potential for conversion or extension.

Responsibilities include administering Active Directory and EntraID, incident resolution, and task tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Technical Support.
• 3+ years of experience with EntraID & Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell for automation.

Pay Rate Range – Bid Rate / Competitive Rate: Expecting the pay range to be around $40-55/hr on W2 or $50-65/hr on C2C/1099

11-month assignment with a high possibility of full-time conversion / contract extension.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day administration of Active Directory and EntraID focused on daily management of native accounts, groups, roles and applications.
• Participate in incident resolution, change activities, and problem management processes.
• Track, document, and execute assigned tasks and project components.

Talents Needed for Success

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Technical Support.
• 3+ years of experience with EntraID & Active Directory.
• Good hands on experience with PowerShell.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• EntraID and Active Directory (administration, identity, security concepts).
• PowerShell (required for automation and daily operations).
• Familiarity with any programming/scripting (Python, or other) is a bonus but not required.
