Job summary

Crimson Logistics LLC is hiring a Delivery Associate/Foot Courier to transport packages on foot, staying active and delivering Amazon packages in North End/China Town/South End. Shifts run 11:45 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible part-time or full-time options, and pay starts at $18.75 per hour with bonuses as applicable.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and punctual deliveries, with paid training and benefits including health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid state ID within the state of employment

Responsibilities

• Load hand trucks and deliver packages (up to 50 lbs.) on foot in all weather conditions, efficiently, safely and punctually
• Follow strict safety standards and practices throughout all delivery stages
• Operate a mobile phone for GPS and daily records of deliveries via Amazon Flex app
• Contact the customers, when necessary, in order to deliver their packages in a safe location/follow their direction
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the streets and the doorsteps of customers.
