Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in South Carolina seeks a Full-Time Caregiver for its Daily Care Program. You will visit multiple seniors throughout the day, following an established Care Route to assist with getting dressed, meals, mobility, and safety checks.

This role rewards dependability and compassion; you’ll document visits electronically, coordinate with the local office, and build meaningful relationships with several clients each day.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required; CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, organized and able to follow a daily schedule.
• Strong verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable with personal care, toileting, transfers and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Follow an established daily Care Route, visiting multiple clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Prepare simple meals and provide medication reminders.
• Complete scheduled safety, hydration, meal and wellness check-ins.
• Assist with morning and evening routines.
• Provide shower and personal care as needed.
• Document visits electronically after each visit.
• Communicate changes or scheduling issues to the office.
• Keep the Care Route running on schedule with dependable care.
