Job summary

Complete Care at Home in Marietta, GA is seeking a full-time Community Access CNA or PCA to support individuals with I/DD in the community. You will help clients engage in activities, build independence, and improve daily living skills, with a focus on safety and personal care.

The role offers a $20/hour pay rate, about 40 hours per week, and requires driving to various community activities from the Marietta area.

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with I/DD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Community Access support to individuals with I/DD.
• Accompany individuals on community outings and recreational activities.
• Encourage participation, socialization, and independence.
• Help develop social, communication, and everyday life skills.
• Assist with shopping, money management, and use of community resources.
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and document progress.
• Maintain health, safety, dignity, and choice during community activities.
