VDart Inc. in New York City seeks a SAM Technical & Functional Lead to own end-to-end delivery for NICE Actimise SAM and related systems.

You will work with AML stakeholders to translate needs into specifications, lead a small team of developers, and ensure data pipelines and models are tuned for performance. The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, involving Python, SQL, ETL, and AI-assisted tooling, with a hybrid work arrangement and a contract duration of approximately 11

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in AML/financial crime technology delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on NICE Actimise SAM implementation/support experience (AIS/UDM tables).
• Strong SQL and database fundamentals; troubleshoot performance and data issues.
• Hands-on Python for automation, data analysis, and tooling.
• ETL/data engineering experience; cloud data platforms a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery with proper data/privacy controls.
• Proven lead experience with small team management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical and functional delivery for AML Actimise SAM and ActOne implementations and enhancements.
• Translate regulatory and operational needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and mentor a small team of developers/analysts; provide technical direction and reviews.
• Implement and maintain Actimise SAM models, rule evaluations, and alert workflows; tune models.
• Design and optimize ETL/data pipelines feeding SAM with data quality and lineage controls.
• Develop data analysis and automation scripts using Python.
• Write and optimize complex SQL for investigations and data checks.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up delivery with governance.
• Drive DevOps practices and release management across environments.
• Own stakeholder communications, RAID management, and documentation.
