- Knowledge of RCM objects and ActOne/IFM-X modules
- Experience with release management tools (ServiceNow, Rally)
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple groups
- Excellent documentation and communication skills

- Develop customized AIS/RCM components within Actimize
- Write release installation instructions and technical specs
- Deliver low-level design documents and architecture guidance
- Manage SQL server queries and stored procedures
