Job summary

Xlysi LLC. in Stamford, CT seeks an Actimize Developer to design, build, and maintain financial crime prevention solutions using NICE Actimize across AML, fraud, and trade surveillance. You’ll configure modules, develop dashboards, and optimize performance within a hybrid, W2 role.

You’ll work with business compliance teams, QA, and analysts in Agile environments to meet regulatory needs, deliver scalable integrations, and provide production support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Actimize modules (RCM, AIS, SAM, IFM, STAR) and financial crime domains (AML, KYC, Fraud).
• Strong SQL, Java for plugins, scripting, and database knowledge (Oracle/MS-SQL).
• Familiarity with application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat).

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Actimize modules (AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, STAR) for AML, fraud, and trade surveillance.
• Write custom plugins (Java), complex SQL, and create rules, workflows, DART layouts, and UI elements.
• Integrate Actimize with other enterprise systems via APIs, web services, and message queues.
