Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, Missouri seeks an ACT Team Lead to guide our Assertive Community Treatment program. This leadership role blends direct client care with supervision, staff development, and program implementation to deliver high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with serious mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• QMHP eligibility preferred depending on education/experience requirements.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to adults with serious mental health challenges.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACT team through regular supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Provide direct behavioral health services to clients approximately 50% of the time.
• Collaborate with team to assess needs, develop interventions, and support positive outcomes.
• Participate in intake and annual clinical assessments, including diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor documentation quality and compliance; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; support credentialing.
