In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, providing intensive, individualized support to clients in their homes, workplaces, and communities.As an ACT Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat clients utilizing evidence-based interventions while promoting independence, stability, and improved quality of life. This position requires flexibility, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are—both clinically and physically.
