College Tutors is expanding its team of in-person tutors for high school subjects and ACT/SAT coaching. We seek candidates who excel academically and can explain concepts clearly, serving as positive role models with strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities include tutoring, administering practice tests, and teaching study strategies during afternoon and evening hours. Background screening is required; join us to help students reach college goals with personalized guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated academic success in high school and/or college.
• ACT score of at least 30 and proficiency in high school math and science.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt explanations to student needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with reliable attendance.
• Experience administering practice tests to monitor progress and set goals.

Responsibilities

• Tutor high school subjects and ACT/SAT content in-person.
• Administer and review practice tests to guide improvements.
• Diagnose student needs through active listening and targeted questioning.
