Estelle’s Professional Community Services (EPCS) is seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to provide individual psychotherapy to adults in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program.
This role targets adults with serious mental illness, trauma histories, and co-occurring disorders, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, client-centered therapy and thorough clinical documentation.

This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing therapy to individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), co-occurring disorders, trauma histories, and complex behavioral health needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
At EPCS, therapists have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while focusing on the deeper clinical and therapeutic needs of clients.
We are looking for a clinician who can build strong therapeutic relationships while also maintaining high standards for clinical quality, documentation, accountability, and client outcomes.
