ConnectPrep is seeking talented teachers/tutors to Inspire students through ACT/SAT prep, covering all sections with engaging, results-driven methods. The role blends remote and in-person instruction in the United States, with industry-leading hourly rates and performance bonuses based on student outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have strong math, reading, and writing skills, exceptional GPA/test scores, and a passion for mentoring overachieving students.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach ACT and SAT and deconstruct test sections.
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills with high GPA/test scores.
• Experience delivering test prep across all sections (math, reading, English, science).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and energy for teaching.
• Ability to create learning plans and individual study strategies.
• Patient, passionate, and mentor-like approach to student growth.

What are we looking for?

• Super talented test prep instructor that can help a student SIMPLIFY and DECONSTRUCT the ACT and SAT
• Ability to teach ALL sections of a standardized test (ex: math, reading, english, and science)
• In-depth teaching experience with the ACT and SAT
• Excellent GPA and test scores (98th to 99th percentile)
• Ability to conceptualize and teach concepts clearly with some great success stories
• Strong math and quantitative skills
• Strong reading and writing skills
• Great communication skills
• Creative, driven, and endless energy to bring out the best in a student
• Proficient with using technology
• Patient, passionate, versatile, and dedicated to helping kids excel
• Ability to develop a learning plan that will teach foundational elements and study skills
