Job summary

Design Elements is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our growing team in Rockton, IL. You will install bath and shower systems and work directly with homeowners to ensure high-quality results.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. The role requires 3–5 years in carpentry/remodeling, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and a HS diploma or GED. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, or home renovation.
• Ability to accurately take measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
• Experience working with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills.
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and with exceptional quality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with homeowners.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath systems.
• Complete required paperwork and submit project photos.
• Maintain installation vehicles, tools, and materials.
