Floorworks & Blinds is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our team in the New Orleans area. You will install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes and contribute to high-quality remodeling projects.

This role emphasizes carpentry, precise measurements, safe handling of tools, and delivering excellent customer service, with opportunities for growth within a growing remodeling company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or home renovation.
• Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
• Experience using power tools, including drills and jigsaws.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes.
• Complete bathroom remodels using carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills.
• Follow installation standards to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with homeowners.
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the installation process.
• Educate customers on the use and care of their new bath system.
• Complete project documentation and submit installation photos.
• Maintain installation vehicles, tools, and job materials.
