Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, construction, or home improvement.
• Experience with acrylic bath/shower installation is a plus.
• Strong carpentry and construction skills.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable using power tools.
• Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and square.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day.
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general remodeling.
• Complete light plumbing and related installation work.
• Follow company installation standards and quality procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with homeowners.
• Protect customers’ homes and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Explain product care and maintenance to customers.
• Complete required paperwork and job photos.
• Maintain tools, materials, and installation equipment.
