Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, renovation, or related trade.
• Able to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment accurately.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodel installations efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize carpentry, construction, and remodeling skills to deliver high-quality results.
• Follow all company installation procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners throughout the project.
• Protect customer property and ensure a clean work environment.
• Educate customers on product care and maintenance after installation.
• Complete required paperwork, job documentation, and project photos.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and installation materials.
• Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
