The role requires 3-5 years of remodeling or carpentry experience, strong measuring skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential renovation experience.
• Strong measuring and layout skills using tape measures, levels, and other basic tools.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects efficiently and professionally
• Perform demolition, carpentry, trim carpentry, and installation work
• Follow established installation procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Take project photos and complete required paperwork accurately
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and installation materials
• Ensure every installation meets company and customer expectations
