Job summary

Bath Planet of Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our growing team. This full-time role offers $40 per hour and requires 2+ years of carpentry or bathroom remodeling experience, with work often completed in a single day.

You will install acrylic tubs, showers, wall systems and doors, perform trim carpentry as needed, take precise measurements, and maintain a clean, safe work site in customers' homes while upholding our high craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or residential renovation.
• Experience working inside customers' homes.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, and square.
• Experience using power tools.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often within a single day.
• Install acrylic tubs, showers, wall systems, doors, and related products.
• Perform carpentry and trim carpentry as needed.
• Complete minor construction and remodeling tasks.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper installation.
• Follow company installation standards and procedures.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Perform basic plumbing-related tasks when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Protect the customer's home and property during installation.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with homeowners.
• Explain proper care and maintenance of completed installations.
• Complete required paperwork and job documentation.
• Take and submit installation photos.
• Maintain and organize the company installation vehicle.
• Ensure tools and materials are properly stocked for each job.
