The role involves installing acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes, completing installations to company standards, performing carpentry as needed, and maintaining a safe work site. Full-time, year-round work with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, construction or installation work.
• Strong measuring and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using power tools, including drills and jigsaws.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes.
• Complete installations according to company standards and quality expectations.
• Perform carpentry, trim work, and light construction as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
• Educate customers on product care and maintenance.
• Document completed work and submit required job-site photos.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
