BCI Acrylic Inc. in Greenfield, MA is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer for full-time, year-round work. The ideal candidate will install premium acrylic bath systems, perform complete bathroom remodels, and uphold high standards of workmanship in a family-owned remodeling environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in carpentry, bathroom remodeling, home renovation, or a related trade.
• Strong finish carpentry and installation skills.
• Ability to accurately measure and install materials.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install premium acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Complete bathroom remodels using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills.
• Follow company installation standards to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project.
• Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system.
• Complete installation paperwork and project photos.
• Keep installation vehicles stocked with the tools and materials needed for each job.
