Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience.
• Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and lead when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skills.
• Complete quality installations in as little as one day.
• Follow installation procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional job site.
• Represent the company with professionalism in customers’ homes.
• Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of new baths.
• Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately.
• Maintain installation vehicle, tools, and materials.
