Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or home renovation.
• Ability to accurately measure and install materials.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with power tools.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills.
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems following company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide a professional and courteous customer experience.
• Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new installation.
• Complete required paperwork and project photos.
• Maintain installation vehicles with necessary tools and materials.
