Job summary

NWI Baths in Merrillville, IN is expanding and seeks skilled acrylic bath installers to join our team. This full-time role serves Indiana & Illinois, installing acrylic bath systems and shower surrounds with attention to quality workmanship.

You will perform basic carpentry, take precise measurements, and communicate professionally with homeowners while maintaining a clean job site and documenting installations for our records.

Qualifications

• Experience with bathroom remodeling, construction, carpentry, or home improvement.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements and use a level.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath systems, shower surrounds, and remodeling products.
• Complete bathroom remodel projects with quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Perform basic carpentry, trim work, and finishing work.
• Take accurate measurements and follow installation guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Keep the work area clean and protect the customer's home.
• Explain product care and maintenance to homeowners after installation.
• Maintain tools, materials, and installation vehicle.
• Complete job paperwork and installation photos.

Pay: $150,000–$200,000 per year (based on experience and completed installations)

What You’ll Do

• Install acrylic bath systems, shower surrounds, and bathroom remodeling products
• Complete bathroom remodel projects with quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Perform basic carpentry, trim work, and finishing work
• Take accurate measurements and follow installation guidelines
