Job summary

Luxury Bath Tampa Bay is seeking experienced acrylic bath installers and crew leaders for immediate openings in the Tampa Bay area. This W2 opportunity emphasizes ownership, consistency, and pride in workmanship, with a focus on high-quality acrylic bath systems installed in as little as one day.

Candidates should have 2+ years in carpentry/remodeling, strong measurement skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to lead when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience.
• Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead when necessary.
• Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays required.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience
• Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and lead when necessary
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes
• Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays required.

Experience in the Following Is a Plus

• Carpentry
• Ceramic tile
