Riggs Outfitters LLC is seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer to join our team in Salem, OR and surrounding areas. You will lead professional installations of acrylic bath and shower systems, delivering quality work and an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in carpentry/remodeling, strong measuring skills, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with power tools, follow manufacturer specs, and educate homeowners on maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction.
• Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure, level, and square.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with common power tools (drills, jigsaws, saws).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills.
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and courteous attitude.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in customers’ homes.
• Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath system.
• Complete installation paperwork and submit job photos.
• Keep installation vehicles stocked with necessary tools and materials.
