Ionic Digital is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the identification, screening, tracking, and prioritization of site and asset acquisition opportunities. This role focuses on building a high-quality database and supporting initial financial screening.

You will assemble investment screening memorandums and presentations for internal decision-making, with a growth path into more advanced underwriting over time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 1–4+ years of experience in acquisition support or related analytical roles.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience with datasets, trackers, databases, or pipeline reporting tools.
• Foundational financial analysis skills and ability to interpret basic investment metrics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in data centers and digital infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and prioritize a database of acquisition targets with market, site, operating, and financial info.
• Track acquisition opportunities across the pipeline, including status, diligence items, and next steps.
• Conduct initial financial screening of opportunities using established criteria and return thresholds.
• Support data collection, organization, validation, and maintenance for evaluating opportunities.
• Assemble investment screening memorandums, summaries, and presentations for internal review.
• Assist with acquisition analysis and financial modeling by gathering inputs and updating assumptions.
• Maintain comparable transaction and market reference information for benchmarking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence and due diligence inputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, database structure, and workflow efficiency.
