Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Acquisition Support Analyst to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, supporting senior DoW leaders and ASW(A). The role requires TS/SCI clearance and extensive staff experience within the Defense Acquisition System.

The ideal candidate will manage personnel actions, staff packages, meeting support, and action tracking, ensuring smooth operations for high-level decisionmaking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Major staff experience – OUSW(A&S) preferred.
• Experience supporting senior DoW Leadership.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
• Master's degree (desired).
• Recent experience with CATMS (desired).

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel actions and staff management for senior DoW leadership.
• Conduct meeting support and track actions.
• Generate staff packages (action memos, etc.) for senior leaders.

Overview

We have a future need for an Acquisition Support Analyst to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

SPA is seeking an experienced administrative/personnel assistant to support the Assistant Secretary of War for Acquisition (ASW(A)). The ideal candidate will apply experience supporting OSW or other major DoW staffs and familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System. Will manage personnel actions, perform staff management, conduct meeting support, track actions, and generate staff packages (action memos etc.) for senior leaders.

• 10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Major staff experience – OUSW(A&S) preferred
• Experience supporting senior DoW Leadership
• Active TS/SCI clearance
