Job summary

Inalab is seeking a Program Manager to support NGA Systems Engineering Support (NSES) at the Silver Springs, MD location with a Springfield, VA entry point and hybrid work possibility. The candidate will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure actionable tasks tied to agency needs, leveraging strong acquisition expertise.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required, with 5+ years in federal program management and experience coordinating with PMOs and cross-functional teams to deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of政府 acquisition experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience interpreting and generating Earned Value metrics.
• Experience supporting CFTE for external organizations.
• Ability to build workflow charts, CONOPS, or SOPs for a PMO.
• Ability to summarize complex cost and schedule data for leadership.
• DAWIA, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office tools: Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Support team members on budget and program management.
• Participate in weekly ESRAB and other briefings as needed.
• Assist NGA PM in eliciting and staffing STE requirements for CAE approval.
• Align customer requirements to Task Orders, LCAT, or Skill Level.
• Maintain PMO indices detailing CFTE/STE requirements for NGA organizations.
