Odyssey Systems Consulting Group is building a pipeline of Acquisition Program Engineers (Systems, Mechanical, and Software) for anticipated opportunities supporting the AFLCMC Armament Directorate and other DoD programs.
The role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and sustaining complex weapon systems across the full lifecycle, including requirements management, risk mitigation, and technical documentation. Onsite work at DoD facilities with travel up to 10–20% may be required.

Evergreen (Pipeline) Requisition—this position is used to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities. While there may not be an immediate opening, candidates will be considered as positions become available based on their qualifications and program needs. Odyssey is seeking experienced Acquisition Program Engineers (Systems, Mechanical, and Software) to join our talent community for anticipated opportunities supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Armament Directorate and other Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs.
Our Engineers support the government by designing, developing, integrating, and sustaining complex weapon systems and associated technologies across the full acquisition lifecycle. This includes systems engineering, mechanical design and analysis, and software development activities to ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and mission requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education and experience: All engineering degrees must be from an ABET-accredited institution (or equivalent IRD). Engineering Technology degrees do not qualify.
