Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support for Program Managers and senior executives.
• Deliver detail-oriented management of records, business research, and valuation strategies.
• Assist in reviewing and submitting acquisition reports.

The Acquisition Management Support (AMS3) – High Senior is a Key Personnel position supporting Team Blackwatch's NAVSEA PMS 470 (BBGN) Professional Support Services – N0016426R3120 contract, aligned to Task 3 – Acquisition and Contract Management (SOW 4.3). This position is based in DC Metro Area and requires an active SECRET security clearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Acquisition Management provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management supportforProgram Managers and senior level executives.
• Acquisition Management providesdetail-orientedmanagement of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
• They may also be involved in various administrative tasks such as reviewing and submitting acquisiton reports.
• Acquisition Management should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in management, business, ortechnicalfield.
• Minimum Relevant Experience: >15 years
• Required Specialized Experience: Supervisory experience; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel. Demonstrated ability to manage the type of contract in an efficient andcost-effectivemanner. Demonstrated experience with DoW acquisition systems and reports. Examples are: Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), Quarterly and Monthly DAES Reports, and Quarterly and Monthly ASN (RD&A) Dashboard reporting
• Active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Specialized Experience: DoW / DoN procedures and Policies ( DoW 5000 process), knowledge of Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive major acquisition programs.
