Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Proven success building relationships with executives and professional advisors.
• Strong analytical, underwriting, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Self-starter with a competitive drive and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisition opportunities by building relationships with investment bankers, commercial bankers, and CRE professionals.
• Analyze market and property data to assess investment opportunities.
• Perform real estate and credit underwriting for prospective transactions.
• Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and supporting analysis.
• Partner with the Acquisitions Director and team members to achieve acquisition goals.
