Qualifications

• Accredited STEM degree in acoustics, engineering, physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field measurements and analyze noise and vibration levels.
• Assist acoustical analyses for architectural, MEP, and environmental noise.
• Model room acoustics and HVAC/equipment noise.
• Advise on structures to reduce noise in performance spaces and offices.
• Prepare reports on noise impact assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with architects/engineers to integrate acoustics into designs.
• Inspect the implementation of sound control measures.
