Acentech Incorporated, in Culver City (Los Angeles), seeks a consultant for our Architectural Acoustics and Mechanical Noise Control Group. This is primarily an in-office role with hybrid flexibility.
You will work with a Principal mentor to support clients and projects. You will perform measurements of sound and impact noise, analyze designs, and develop practical recommendations, while communicating findings to colleagues and clients.
Acentech is looking for a consultant to work in our Architectural Acoustics and Mechanical Noise Control Group in our Los Angeles office (Culver City). This is primarily an in-office position, with flexibility for hybrid work location and schedule.

This position is open to appropriately qualified candidates who are new to acoustics consulting or have 1 to 3 years of relevant consulting experience. You will be paired with a Principal mentor and perform consulting services for clients, usually in a support role for Principal and Senior Consultants as project managers, and sometimes independently. This involves performing measurements of sound and impact noise levels, noise reduction, reverberation, impulse responses, and other acoustical aspects; analyzing architectural designs and developing recommendations; and communicating findings and recommendations to colleagues and clients.
Salary: $72,000 – $78,000
