You will work with a focused team, maintain safety standards, and contribute to timely project progress. The position is full-time, with on-site work and opportunities to grow into skilled installer roles.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in a construction-related trade.
• Willingness to learn and develop ceiling installation skills.
• Tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk up to 8 hours daily.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Gather, carry, and organize necessary materials.
• Clean work areas and maintain equipment.
• Measure and cut materials to specifications.
• Position equipment and tools as needed for installation.
• Operate scaffolding, aerial lifts, ladders, and stilts.
• Use powder actuated tools and lasers.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Help maintain construction schedules and phased timelines.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by your manager.
