Banner University Medical Center Phoenix seeks an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join the Nocturnal Critical Care team. The ACNP will manage critical care patients, perform procedures, interpret tests, and contribute to education and research in a collaborative environment.

The role welcomes new grads with relevant critical care experience and requires current ACNP cert, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and DEA license. Full-time, night shifts with some weekend coverage in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• ACNP certification current.
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS current.
• Prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Nocturnal care management of critical care patients.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.

Banner - University Medicine seeks a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Nocturnal Critical Care team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The selected ACNP directly manages critical care patients within a division that is committed to the growth and career development of their team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable being involved in nocturnal care management of patients, performing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, education, consultation, and research. This position is also open to highly motivated new grads with prior critical care intensivist experience that thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Current ACNP certification
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
• Experienced or New Grads with previous critical care experience are encouraged to apply!

Work Schedule

Full Time | 3-12 hour shifts per week-Nights | Some Rotating Weekend Coverage
