Job summary

Luminis Health, Inc. is seeking a Rapid Response Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting.

The role focuses on assessing and stabilizing patients with potential lifethreatening symptoms, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring timely transfer to higher levels of care as needed. The position requires ACLS and CPR/BLS certification, RN licensure in Maryland or a compact state, and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification.
• Current CPR/BLS is required.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in Maryland or compact state

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team (Respiratory Therapist, X-Ray, Lab) to determine and administer interventions.
• Assists in assessing and stabilizing the patient’s condition and communicates with the attending physician to determine care plans.
• Documents patient responses to interventions and communicates with physicians and staff.
• Maintains patient safety, reports equipment issues, and contributes to throughput initiatives.
