The Store Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of retail partner stores. Responsibilities include managing all store activities, maximizing revenue and profits, training and developing staff, and meeting sales goals. This position is based at one of our retail partner store locations.
The role offers a salary in accordance with Acima's payroll procedures, ranging from $44,000 to $49,500 annually. Bonuses and incentives may also be available, contingent upon meeting specific criteria.
This is a full-time role, including evenings and weekends. The job involves standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities.
