The Store Manager is a pivotal position within Acima’s retail partner stores. The Store Manager maximizes store revenue and profits through efficient management of all store activities, including selection, training, and development of coworkers. The role requires achieving sales goals, improving processes to increase sales, and performing these duties at one of our retail partner locations.
The Store Manager position is paid a salary in accordance with Acima’s payroll procedures. In addition, the position may be eligible for various bonus and incentive programs. Eligibility requires active employment and meeting all program requirements set forth in the applicable plan. Compensation: $38,880 – $47,142 + Potential Bonus (Based on performance, paid out monthly).
This is a full‑time position. The days and hours of operation are Monday through Sunday. The schedule will vary but will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Store Manager is regularly required to talk and listen to coworkers and customers. The position is highly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing from time to time throughout the day.
