Job summary

This role involves providing operations support for LAN, Security, Data Center, and Campus Network platforms across North America locations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Switching technologies and Internet Protocol addressing.
• CCNP certification in Routing & Switching preferred.
• Experience with Cisco Data Center and ACI environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for LAN, Security, Data Center, and Campus Network.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment including Switches & Routers.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and routing issues.
