Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced ACI MTS Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance ACI Worldwide payment processing applications. You will manage payment transaction systems, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability of critical payment infrastructure.

This on-site role requires strong knowledge of ISO 8583/ISO 20022, Linux/Unix, Oracle/SQL, and incident management. You will collaborate with business, infrastructure, and vendor teams, perform root cause analysis, and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ACI MTS payment platforms.
• Solid knowledge of electronic payments and banking applications.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Oracle/SQL, shell scripting, monitoring tools, and file transfers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ACI MTS payment processing platforms.
• Monitor payment transaction flows and resolve production incidents.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain ACI MTS applications and components.
• Perform root cause analysis for application and transaction failures.
• Support payment processing for Wire, SWIFT, and other channels.
• Coordinate with business, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams during incidents and releases.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and environment refresh activities.
