Qualifications

• Current ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I certification preferred.
• Clark County certification preferred.
• Experience in construction materials testing or concrete testing preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete sampling, testing procedures and industry standards.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with contractors, project managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing and sampling of fresh concrete.
• Conduct slump, air content, temperature, and unit weight testing.
• Prepare and maintain concrete test specimens in accordance with applicable standards.
• Document testing results accurately and complete required field reports.
• Communicate test results and observations with project teams.
• Ensure testing procedures comply with project specifications, ASTM standards, and applicable requirements.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
• Work on a variety of commercial and construction projects throughout the Las Vegas area.
