Job summary

Daher’s Industry Division site in Stuart, Florida, is seeking a Production Buyer to support procurement for aerostructures manufacturing operations. This role manages supplier relationships, sourcing activities, contract execution, and continuous improvement to ensure uninterrupted production and cost-effective supply chain management.

Responsibilities include leading RFQs, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring delivery, quality, cost, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and ERP systems.
• Aerospace or aviation industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
