Descrizione del lavoro

Be the friendly first voice that fills our events

You're an outgoing person who loves talking with different personalities. You build rapport quickly, you keep the details straight, and you're at your best when the phone, inbox, and chat are all active at once. If that sounds like you, the Precoa ACEP Support Team wants to meet you.

This is a remote customer service role built around one of our premier lead sources: advertised community education events. You're the first person families talk to, and you start your day early with a team that notices good work and helps you grow.

What You'll Do (and Why You'll Love Doing It)

Welcome every caller.

  • You'll answer incoming RSVP calls from people interested in our community education events. Your warmth and clarity set the tone for their first experience with Precoa, and you'll sharpen your phone skills with every conversation.

Keep events running smoothly.

  • You'll maintain the RSVP process so each event is organized and ready to go. Your attention to detail is what makes the day feel effortless for attendees and our teams.

Connect in the way people prefer.

  • You'll communicate by phone, email, and chat, adjusting your approach to each person. You'll become a confident, versatile communicator, which is a skill that carries into any career.

Work as part of a team.

  • You'll take direction from different team members, balance competing priorities, and raise a flag early when something looks off. You'll build trust and a reputation for craftsmanship, and that opens doors to what's next at Precoa.
Are you ready to be the voice that gets families through the door?
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
