• Familiarization with budget processes (e.g. budget cycles, terminology, fiscal law)
• Prior experience estimating costs for Army or DoD programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Program Office Estimates (POEs) using ACEIT
• Provide budget exhibits and planning documents, program & schedule breakdowns, budget requirement analyses, and EV guidance
• Provide price analysis of vendor submissions, including hours, labor rates, overheads, other costs, and review of WBS for negotiations
• Prepare POE, LCCE, CARD, ICE, CCA, BCA, and CBA analyses
• Coordinate with Business Management Office, technical reps and stakeholders on funding actions and acquisition plans
• Perform quick-turn what-if analyses using POE to aid budget development
